Why can’t I see the video?If the video on the Inspire! CD-ROM is not displaying properly, check to make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements. Additionally, viewing video requires a media player such as QuickTime Player, Windows Media Player or Real Player. You may download any of these applications from www.inspireyouthseries.com/support/. Also, make sure that your monitor resolution is set to 800 x 600 and your colors are set to “Thousands” (MAC) or “High Color” (PC). Why can’t I hear audio?If you can’t hear audio when playing your Inspire! CD-ROM, make sure your audio is not muted and that the volume is turned up. Why can’t I print the instructions for the activities?Check to see if your printer is turned on. You may also open and print the “Activity.pdf” file located on the Inspire! CD. When I click on the INSPIRE! COMMUNITY button nothing happens.To access the LearningChange online communities you need to have Internet access and a current Web browser. If you have Internet access and a current Web browser and still can not access the LearningChange online communities from your CD-ROM, open your Web browser and type www.inspireyouthseries.com in the address bar. Will the Inspire! CD-ROM quit if I click on the INSPIRE! COMMUNITY button?If you click on the ONLINE COMMUNITIES button on your Inspire! CD-ROM, your default Internet browser will launch automatically and take you to the LearningChange online communities. The Inspire! CD-ROM will continue to run in the background. To return to the CD-ROM, simply quit your browser. Why do I get error messages when I play the Inspire! CD-ROM?If you get error messages when you play your Inspire CD-ROM, make sure you have no other applications running then restart your computer and start the CD-ROM again. If after restarting your computer you still get error messages when running the CD-ROM, check the packaging or the “README” file on your CD-ROM to make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements. |
