Video

If the video on the Inspire! CD-ROM is not displaying properly, make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements.

If your computer meets the minimum system requirements and the video is still not displaying correctly, click on the Inspire! Wizard link in the Help section of the Inspire! CD-ROM. Here you can be check that the necessary components are installed correctly, and make changes as necessary.

Audio

If you can't hear audio when playing your Inspire! CD-ROM, make sure you have a sound card installed on your computer.

Also, make sure your audio is not muted and that the volume is turned up.

Print

If you can't print the instructions for the activities, make sure your printer is turned on and click the print icon again. NOTE: Inspire! 1 & 2 will open the PDF document and allow you to manually print from this screen. Inspire! Conflict Resolution: Initiating and Beginning Activities, and, Inspire! Conflict Resolution: Advanced Activities will NOT open the PDF document for viewing. The PRINT function will automatically send the document to you default printer.

If you still can’t print, click on the Inspire! Wizard link in the help section on your Inspire! CD-ROM to see if you have Acrobat Reader 4.0 installed on your computer.
NOTE: This is only necessary and applicable to Inspire! 1 & 2.

If the Inspire! Wizard says you have Acrobat Reader and you are still unable to print, you will find all of the activity instructions in the “Activity.pdf” file on your Inspire! CD.

Error Messages

If you get error messages when you play your Inspire CD-ROM, check the packaging or the SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS section of this “README” file to make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements.

If you still get error messages when you play your Inspire CD-ROM, make sure you have no other applications running then restart your computer and start the CD-ROM again.
